SHIPPING POLICY
All orders to a UK address are shipped free via Royal Mail. If your shipping address is any other country please contact us for a quote. All orders will be shipped within 3 days unless the item is listed as out of stock on the website. If you require a faster dispatch time please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate.
RETURN POLICY
We're sure you will love your Killner Strap but if you don't you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. All we ask is that the buyer contacts us first, pays the return shipping and gets proof of postage. You will be fully refunded as soon as we receive the strap back. Please note the strap must be unused and be in as new condition unless faulty.
